Northwood Ingredients is an established physical food commodity trading firm that seeks to be a trusted partner to both our suppliers and customers.  Founded as Northwood Dairy Sales in 1983, the company began with a focus on a range of dairy products. Since that time our scope has expanded to include the purchase and sale of diverse ingredients across the food industry.
